Important Information About Shipping
We usually ship in-stock items within 3-5 working days.
UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £25.
Orders of £25 or less will incur a shipping charge of £6.50.
Non-UK Shipping
Shipping for non-UK orders under £100 in value costs £15.
For orders over £100 in value, we do not charge for shipping at the point of order. This is because the costs can vary widely depending on the country and the size and weight of the parcel, and we prefer to charge you only what it costs us. The shipping cost for overseas orders is calculated once your order is packed and ready to ship. We will then contact you by email with the shipping options and costs, which you can pay for by PayPal. If you have an account with a courier we can also ship via your account.
We do not charge VAT on orders sent outside the UK. However, you will be charged taxes (and possibly import duty, depending on your location) when your parcel arrives in your country. The carrier will collect the charges from you and may charge you an admin fee.
Important Information About Stock Availability
Stock Level Information
You will notice that we show our stock levels for each product. If you order more than we have in stock, a backorder will be created and we will send the backorder as soon as the product is in stock.
Please note that we cannot part-ship non-UK orders, so if you order an out of stock item from overseas, we will hold your order until we have all the of the products on the order.
Lead Times for Backorders
Where we need to order stock from Germany, the lead time is usually 2-3 weeks.
If we have availability in a larger pack size, we will use the stock from the larger pack-size to make up smaller pack sizes. This will not cause a significant delay to your order.
