Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 3–5 working days of receiving your order.

UK Shipping

• Free UK delivery on orders over £25.
• Orders of £25 or less are charged £4.50 for shipping.

USA Shipping

We ship to the USA using Royal Mail Tracked Duty Paid (DDP) services for smaller orders.

• Orders under £25: £25 shipping (DDP)
• Orders between £25.01 and £50: £30 shipping (DDP)
• Orders over £50: Shipping is calculated at cost once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. We will contact you with the shipping cost before sending your order.

International Shipping (excluding UK & USA)

• Orders under £100: £15 shipping.
• Orders over £100: Shipping is calculated at cost once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.

As international shipping costs vary depending on the destination, parcel size and weight, we do not charge shipping for these orders at checkout. Once your parcel is packed, we will email you with the available shipping options and costs. Payment can be made via PayPal before your order is dispatched. If you have your own courier account, we can also arrange shipment using your preferred courier.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Charges

We do not charge UK VAT on orders shipped outside the UK.

Please note that your order may be subject to local taxes, import duties, customs charges and carrier administration fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

European Union Orders

Following changes to EU import regulations effective 1 July, orders entering the EU, including consignments valued under €150, may be subject to import taxes, customs-related charges or processing fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not collected by us and must be paid directly to your local customs authority or delivery carrier where applicable.

France

Orders delivered to France are subject to the new Taxe sur les Petits Colis (TPC). This charge is collected by La Poste before delivery and is payable by the recipient.
